In addition to our Martial Arts programs, we offer a course named "Extreme Fitness Training". Extreme Fitness Training or EFT is is a combination of hard core workouts for both strength and aerobic conditioning. The class routines rotate from day to day. Some of the routines are Fitness Kickboxing aerobic bag training, upper and lower body strengthening, core and abdominal conditioning. Along with the Fitness routines, we also have 3 diet routines to help burn fat and build muscle. This 4 month course will get you into the best shape of your life. |
